Olive garden is always great! Watertown olive garden was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Tiffany our server was exceptional. We had a group of 13 and she attentive and professional and personable. Excellent server and very observant to our needs!

The food was definitely not flavoring sauce is watery the chicken parm and eggplant parm tasted like a freezer queen dinner not a bad thing against freezer queen but expected higher quality from a restaurant im giving it a 3 only because the waitress Amanda is absolutely amazing and love the grinding of fresh cheese and soup refills breadsticks are not seasoned its just a bread stick with no sauce ? Overall probably won't be going often unless I'm taking out and don't want to be rude as long as I'm not spending my money lol

Food was great. Service was slow. Had to ask for silverware and one of my forks was dirty, dried up lettuce stuck to it.

I honestly can't supply a rating above 2 stars. Although the service was okay, our waitstaff switched mid-meal and that's when our service kicked it up a notch. The food however, I can honestly say that I will not be returning. Old an outdated fruit garnishes, food that looked as if it were made the day prior and simply reheated, being the pasta was stuck to the plate and dried out. Salad was okay, soup was tolerable. Breadsticks almost as if they had been sitting for quite some time before our arrival. Only food worth returning for in my opinion is the Italian doughnuts, that they had no choice but to make at the time of order.

We felt safe. Waitress wore mask entire time. Customers we seated well distanced from each other. Sanitizer available as you walked in.
