On-call maintenance emergency numbers are provided to tenants at the time of lease up and are posted in the community building by the office.

Do these apartments have garages? Do you have a maintenance man that takes care of everything like mowing, fixing things? How much is the rent?

We do not have garages or parking stalls on site. We have maintenance staff on site during normal business hours Monday-Friday. We provide tenants with on-call emergency numbers for after hour maintenance emergencies. Rent is income based.
