Food is good but the young lady did not know menu or the posted special was not communicated. Ordered 2 breads on sale but only charged &received 1. Saw the "pan breads" on sale for $2 each. Asked what a pan bread was, and she was confused and said they were the sweet breads. I ordered several not expecting to be charged $5.99 ea. When questioning her at the window she seemed to back track and lamely said it was bread they make there. A manager? Was there with her and explained they were certain breads they were out of. I just left it as it was. Not sure I will come back for specials as they don't seem to communicate to staff nor train staff on menu.

Didn’t have a good experience at this location with the food or staff. Super bummed because I love Kneaders!

The lady working the window today could use a little training and development in customer service. If you really don't like your job or working with people you are in the wrong place. Also, $20 bucks for a sandwich and smoothie? Come on kneaders, I know inflation is real, but you know you are price gouging. I can literally pay $20 at a decent restaurant right now and receive a full meal. Plus my avocado was hard as a rock and not ready. Not a good experience today.

It feels like McDonald's, from back in the 90's when you had a fun time sitting down, everything looked like my house did in the old days, idk just felt homie and relaxing
