Do not send your love one here this place is dirty and disgusting. Everyone is nasty and the case manager. They don't return your phone calls and they lie. My husband was supposed to get Occupational therapy but they lied and said he was getting it when he wasn't. Or they won't answer you when you ask them. Horrible!!

Fast Tracks

This place needs to be really inspected . The flies so bad dirty we had to clean the room ourself from all the hair n dead flies . And the food wouldn’t feed that to my dog. Please check on your loved ones here . Nails coming threw the arms of the chairs you have in the rooms and alls they care about is the $$$$Think it’s time for the state to step in!!!

My mother was in for 14 days last year during cv19 . I had to put her some where after the hospital. Wasn’t told they had a out break of cv19. I couldn’t come in until the 14 days was up . I was going to leave her in long term . Decided not to once I saw the level of condition she was in . Was contracted so bad I was in shock . Was told she wasn’t eating well once I decided to take her out with hospice . This was Nov 5 2021 . Once she got home I found a stage 3 chin wound . She had a stage 3 sacrum wound that got worse in 7 days after she was transferred from Virtua Memorial hospital. She had to have a debridement. She’s been in my home now for 6 mos .Eats well .,The supervisor in charge of the monies was rude telling me I owed them that I couldn’t spend my moms social security monies . I said once I come in and see my mom then all decide to turn that over . She has Alzheimer’s, Had a fractured left hip in September 2021 . Surgery was done was a success , I would not recommend this place for your love ones . I’ve heard bad reviews from the Nurses from hospice . From a lot of the facilities in NJ , Please take your love ones home . Set up Hopice or rehab . My mom Eats well . I give her vitamins and CBD oil . She’s a least around me instead of complete strangers that look at it as just a job . The nurses I have now have compassion . Take pride in what they do .

My husband was recently at AristaCare, wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. It's dirty, cobwebs in the facility, the wall behind his bed was damaged and plaster was on the floor, molding was missing, the walls were stained and dirty. Guest chairs were dirty and broken. I toss out better looking food than the meals that are served to the patients.
