The past few visits, they either can not use cards or can not accept cash. Tonight they said they had to have cash, I went to the bank and came back only to learn you had to have exact change or round up.

My visit at Lake City's McDonald's was a pleasant one. Only two things that I saw that need improvement during my visit was that another cashier was needed up front to take orders instead of having one. During the lunch hour...the line is pretty long and remember.... we're still in the heap of this pandemic so standing in line closely is not good at this point of time. Also the dining area needs to be a little bit cleaner I noticed crumbs and ketchup on some of the tables and seats. I closely examined the ketchup that was left behind by customers. It was dried onto the tables and chairs.. which means the dining area is not properly kept up or sanitized as should. Overall, the cashier was very polite and the food was was hot and fresh. McDonald's in Lake City just needs this small improvement... but you guys are doing great 👍. Keep up the good work. GOD BLESS.

Just a heads up, this is the Q and A section. This comment is probably better suited as a review and is more likely to get a response from the company.

You get what you pay for. Third shift minimum wage employees often call in sick or just don't show up and with caller ID nobody else will either. Try this, put in an application there so you can alleviate the situation and see for yourself if I'm wrong. By the way, why are you still up and looking for some place to eat at 3:00 am? Marijuana is still illegal in SC and folks still go to prison for it here. Have a nice day.
