So they were suppose to mail me something to sign and never did, they then call me to tell me I need to come in and sign, I said I would be there on my lunch, show up and they are closed 12-1, what a pathetic waste of space and time these people are.

Even with storm events, we rarely lose power. If we do it is only for a short period of time. Thanks to all the workers that work hard and during crazy hours to keep us safe and comfortable.
