How much does it cost for a shape and trim of mustache and gote? Also do they do straight razor shaves?

It depends on the stylist/barber for pricing. It's a booth rental set up. I've had two individuals there give me a shave and it's always straight razor. Thumbs up to the entire outfit. Recommend calling on them.
