2 stars cuz out of 5 hair cuts only 2 were good. They seem like nice people so I kept giving them chances. Aside from that, it's been a pain going here. They've changed locations countless times in the past year. I show up and suddenly theres nothing there. So I have to call and get their new location. Then they cant get fades down properly. Tyler and his wife do okay. But I always end up with a random haircut that I didnt ask for or a fade that's high on one side and low on the other. I found myself having to adjust my work schedule to get an appointment with a decent barber here, and even at that it's terrible! They're Closed on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Fully booked Tuesday, and Wednesday the good barber is off again, but they say go ahead and come in Friday between 8am-12pm, right during the work day.... And one of the things that stood out with this barber shop was that they offered you a drink when you came in, but after that very first impression I've never been offered a drink again. Not a big deal on this, but this might improve customer satisfaction given that everything else has been difficult to deal with. No hate or anything, but there are many more barber shops that can offer true availability, and more experienced barbers, plus free drinks every time.

since earlier this year I found this shop after trying to find a good barber shop that had everything i was used to back home; great cuts, great atmosphere, great conversation, and awesome barbers. my freight company terminal is here in town so im in springfield every month or so, and decided to try White Stag, Reed has been my barber since the beginning and I CANNOT RECCOMEND HIM AND THIS SHOP ENOUGH!!! im critical on my cuts and Reed is freakin jam up!! Destiny was my barber today, I was swinging through Springfield unexpected and was in much need of a cut, Reed was booked up so i made an appointment online with Destiny the night before for a fade, was unsure letting someone else make my cut besides Reed but the moment i walked in Destiny was super cool!! and let me say, she did AN AWESOME CUT!! was just in Bass Pro shopping and got 2 complements on my cut! if y’all are unsure if this is the place, trust me this is the place! unmatched atmosphere and extremely skilled barbers, personally i couldn’t recommend Reed or Destiny enough Thanks guys!!!

Took my 10 yr old for a haircut he said he felt like royalty. They were all very dedicated to their customers . very clean and welcoming!!!
