I went to make an amazon return and a man working with a ponytail was really rude to me from the jump. He said “uh ya you need to pay for packaging” and I replied meekly “I don’t think so” as I was trying to read the instructions on my phone since I had never been told this with an amazon return before. He then proceeded to toss a sign at me that apparently explained why and said “sure do bro.” First, I am not his bro and don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. I asked if someone else could help me and motioned to another gentleman who was watching. He came over - neither apologized and that man did nothing either. I asked if there was a manager and they pointed to a woman who was helping someone. I didn’t have the time to wait and speak with a 3rd person so here I am writing this review. If you want to be treated like trash visit this UPS otherwise there are plenty other franchises with much kinder workers.

There horrible i will never go there with my packages again. They have no respect for people property's. All three boxes were messed up and one of the boxes the bottom was thrashed, pretty much open. And 4 Of the items was broken. Disgusting... Looks like UPS slack on giving money back too. After all the items in the boxes wasn't your personal belongings. So Why should you care!!!

Was assisted by a pretty rude associate today. I won't bother coming back here. It's unfortunate as usually have good service at UPS locations. Didn't really need to be treated that way.

Yes, our hours on Sunday are 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.
If a Notary Public is required to witness you signing a document; the cost is $15 per notarized signature. The Notary will place their stamp on the document and/or attach a proper California Jurat or Acknowledgement. The Notary Public must be allowed to see the entire document (no missing pages) and you must present a current photo id. We have four Notary Publics on staff and we accept cash and all credit cards.

We try to have a Notary Public on staff from opening to close. (730am to 6pm). Only occasionally that team member leaves at 530pm. Just call us ahead we will make sure our Notary Public does not go to lunch. 760-369-4646. Thanks for asking. Floyd Barten
Shipping is based on several factors: distance, weight, dimensions, and service level. So unless the item is very small UPS is cheaper. Call our store to get a price quote.
Amazon has several return options: 1. For small items you can request a QR code from Amazon ($1 is deducted from your return) that our store can scan in and we place these items in one large container. 2. For larger item you can also request a QR code (again $1 from Amazon) and we scan and print out a shipping label. This item must be prepackaged or we can package it for you and pay us for the service. Option 3. Amazon emails you a shipping label and you print it out. Jut bring this label in and we can tape up your package for free, or package it for you with a packing service fee. Hope we have not made this more confusing. Anyway we can help you out...that is what we do.....
