This particular location is always understaffed and too busy. It’s impossible to get an in office visit as they always want you to drop your pet off with them all day long, even for routine or minor things. My dog has extreme anxiety, especially surrounding the vet but they clearly do not care about your pets here. They would not even accommodate my dogs medical emergency and I have had a OWP with them for 7 years. They’re a corporate vet and you are just another payday, take your dogs anywhere else than Banfield. They previously upgraded her plan and changed the renewal from August to July. They put in the contract that they must be notified a month before auto renewal of cancellation. They refuse to refund the charges over the last 4 months when I have not used their services at all.

I didn’t love the way that I was treated when trying to reschedule an appointment. I felt like I was being stalled which was really bizarre, so finally I just said I would keep my appointment. I decided to drive 10+ miles to Banfield in South Littleton where I was treated much better. I would recommend the staff at the south Littleton location if you are looking for compassionate care. I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog with the staff that I met at the Glendale location. Shame because I’m a member of their monthly puppy program yet it takes over 2 months to get an appointment to be seen for a traumatic injury- this is a bit disturbing.

(Edit) BACK AGAIN WITH ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. .they renewed my services without my consent and won't let me break out of the contract. Then when I try to schedule an appointment online the app doesn't work. Then when I called in today to schedule they put me on hold right away and left me on hold for 30 min without checking in at all and then let the call drop. Then when I called back they were closed so it wouldn't let me speak to anyone. They made no attempt to reach back out to me either. Been using their services for about 1+ yrs. I went in just wanting to help my cat and they just upsold me on a plan and when the procedure was done they said I didn't need it. But they couldn't change it back in store for some reason. So they gave me an email. Then the email sent me to some chat line. Then the chat line sent me back to the store. I called in twice and was told i’d be reach and it didn't happen either time. Every time I come in to get something done they upsell me on something and for some reason I always still have out of pocket fees. I don't even know what I'm paying for. I'm tired of the hidden fees and rules they don't tell you until after it's done. And then the lack of hustle to reverse things when it's their mistake! RIDICULOUS! And scheduling is impossible!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Comprehensive exams, vaccinations, dental cleanings
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Does the groomer do cats? I think a nail trim is something like $8 for a dog if your dog is on the wellness plan, but I'm not certain and it may be different for cats.
