Last time going here. Incompetence to the max. Wasted more time sitting there with nothing happening than actually being taken care of. Front desk was an absolutely joke. Multiple customers going off in the lobby about how poorly it was run. I would steer clear.

I’m giving three stars because the veterinary aid, Mary was so sweet and patient. However, I was not impressed with the other aid that worked with my cats (who did not introduce herself) or the vet. The unknown aid was making it feel very rushed (kept saying they were running low on minutes). Vet would not let me hold my cat during his shot which made him very uncomfortable and scared. She didn’t talk about the two concerns I had brought up to her. I also don’t like the location they gave his shot (never seen a rabies shot given in the leg) or the fact the despite him being a healthy size according to the body charts they have I was still told to put him on a diet. They also took my other cat out of the room to do his vitals which had me rather uncomfortable. I feel like this place is an injury to an animal waiting to happen. I don’t think I’ll being them back.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello Brian - We're sorry to hear that your cat isn't feeling well. Our recommendation is to discuss this with your regular veterinarian as they would know what is best for your cat's condition and care.
Hello - Thanks for reaching out! The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
They are solid people with a good mission to help the animals we love.

My wife and I have these on our little ones and we are VERY happy with the plan, costs and care they receive!
