The staff is so caring and thoughtful. They genuinely care about your critter as much as you do. I took my pup to get spayed and they walked me through the whole procedure. When it was time to pick her up, the Dr. Came out to let me know exactly how it had went, what concerns may arise, and how to provide her care. They even called 2 times (about 2 days post surgery and then again a week later) just to check in on her.

Without finding out your financial situation they will call the police to report you for animal neglect .I took my cat to another vet because Banfield would not care for my cat , than they called the police stating my cat was neglected. Banfield wants 400$ for them to do nothing ..

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
