I cannot thank Dennis enough for saving me. I had called around to so many other tire centers trying to replace the donut after my flat and no one had the tire I was told I needed, nor did they have the knowledge of my Nissan like Dennis and his team. He really went above and beyond yesterday helping me get the right tires for my car to make sure my family and I are safe. I am constantly on the road for my job and Dennis’s quick action helped me get back to work fast without having to cancel my customers. Thank you so much Dennis and to Jonathan for his quick service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service team is always very polite and accommodating and don't feel like I was ever getting ripped off. They have a cab service that can drop you off if you live in the area. All of my past experiences with this service team has been excellent and fair/reasonable prices. The reason I am writing this review is because the parts department told me that the headlights that I have been waiting on since March was back in stock and I could come in to get it replaced. The day before the apt I get a call from the parts department telling me that they no longer had the part. Was not given a logical explanation, but I am pretty sure they gave it to someone else. Just called again for a update, and was not really given any useful info, and when I requested a email, was told that there are 200 people in front of me and that they will call me. I have been waiting for 6 months for headlights. Its to the point I cant drive at night. If anyone from management reads this, I would really like to speak to someone about this.

Staff were helpful and straightforward, but unfortunately the appointment I made over the phone wasnt actually made, and I wound up waiting for more than an hour. If future appointments are kept, I'll revise this review.
