This was my second visit with my 22 Outlander (purchased elsewhere) and this is the best dealership in the area for service. Always quicker than anticipated and friendly. Other Mitsu locations could learn from Cherry Hill.

***On Wednesday, 9/14/22, I purchased a new vehicle at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. I worked with Mike Lindsay and Antonio for this sale. They found a car on their lot that had all the features I was intrinsic having in a vehicle. The entire process was done with in three hours, including the 45 minutes I had to leave to go to a doctor’s appointment and drive back. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The atmosphere was good, no loud music blaring so you couldn’t think. And Mike assisted in transferring all my personal items from my previous care to the new car and made sure I knew where everything was and how to utilize all the features of the car. I am a repeat customer to this dealership, and I would have to say this is my best experience to date with them. The service man, black man, don't know his name, nor do I care, what his name is.... But he needs additional training in properly communicating to customers, instead of being so arrogant, with that I don't care what you want, but this is what I'm charge you for today, regardless of if you don't want it, this gonna be done without your approval. If he's behind the service desk, and I need work on my car, I'm cancel it. You just don't treat folk like this, and expect them to continue to come back to you business. As stated earlier, this isn't my first encounter with this black service man, I'm a black woman, and the lack of his respect I don't wanna be in his presence again. I'll most definitely cancel my next appt if he's behind the service desk.
