Emailed and called a few weeks in a row following up on a bid I was trying to get and never got a quote. When I finally gave up was when the person I was dealing with just seemed annoyed that I was calling. Kept telling me I’ll have a bid for you by this date, then when the date came (and a few days past beyond that) I would call the following week and get something along the lines of “We’ve been busy, I’ll have it to you before the end of the week or by this other date…” and ultimately still have never received a bid. Don’t know how you run a business like this but it is what it is… wasted my time just tell me you don’t want my business next time so I can place an order elsewhere earlier, since everything is backordered everywhere.
