I recently had a gun pulled on me in denver, unprovoked and narrowly escaped the situation. After many, many years of feeling as though carrying a gun as a member of the public was crazy and unnecessary, this situstion redefined my beliefs and appreciation for the second amendment. I searched for gun dealers on google and High country was the closest to my work so I stopped by after work last week to explore my options unsure of what to get or when to get it. I like to do a lot of investigative work before investing in something and felt no differently in regards to a through understanding prior to purchasing something my life, and my loved ones lives could rely on. After spending about an hour and a half in the shop, and visiting 3 other top rated shops in denver to shoot after I ended up buying a firearm at high country that you will not find a staff with a more superior competence in the arena of firearms. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they were empathetic, kind and went beyond the extra mile. When you are making a big purchase, especially if you may need some guidance or suggestions from an expert like I did in this case, you want to buy from an establishment that lives, eats and breathes the products and this is to a tee High Country. I was so impressed and comfortable, I am going to take lessons from them. They also got me in touch with a custom hosted manufacturer based in denver called SlimFit, and I’ve never seen more BA looking or quality holster. They had decent amo prices but you need to buy in bulk to achieve maximum savings. I ended up going back yesterday to order the new SIG p360 Xmacro and although I found it a bit cheaper elsewhere, the small premium comes with peace of mind and a shop that backs their products. They have taken multiple phone calls from me since buying my first pistol from them and guided me through the unknown and with a great attitude. Support this shop. If American principles are important to you, there’s no beret way to support that than supporting the ones who practice it in their affairs.
