I ordered a gift for my wife that is battling cancer to surprise her, my delivery was scheduled for Saturday 10/15/22 I specifically had it shipped to the store I work at instead of my house cause it was a surprise. On Saturday it never showed up and according to the tracking "they attempted to deliver it at 12:19pm and no one was there supposedly mind you I worked Saturday we have multiple open signs that light up and flash we opened at 10am no FedEx drive came to the store. FedEx your drive lied plain and simple. I encourage you to prove that you actually attempted to deliver. Let your drive know that he spoiled my plans for Sunday to surprise my wife and but a smile on her face.

They sent me an important document 15 days ago and nothing has arrived and the bravest thing is that they don't know where it is. I think is disrespecfull. And they tell me that if it doesn't show up, they only return the shipping money, I mean what kind of company is this. It is an important document, it is my passport.

From my experience if you're not waiting at the door they don't even try. I have had such a horrible time getting deliveries from FedEx that now when placing a order if its only delivery option is FedEx, I don't place my order and I make sure to let the company I was going to order from know it. Complaining to FedEx does no use so we all need to get are point across in other ways. In companies like FedEx there is NO accountability and it needs to be brought to there attention that the saying "The customer is always correct" still stands true. Stand strong and remind companies like FedEx THEY WORK FOR US, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
