They never answer the phone. Only when they feel like it. I had a therapist during covid and then she stopped calling me. I recommend going somewhere else!!!!!

Took my daughter in for what I thought would be helpful. Took her for 10 days only to find out they draw and watched my little pony for 10 days. She couldn't talk about her big issues cause it wasn't allowed to. And after all of this I got a bill of 3000 Don't waist ur time n energy. Get then real help

I have called many times to get info about a doctor's appointment and no one ever answers the phone! Also had a good councilor and she no longer works there I wonder why?

My teenager went to Arbour for two weeks after a suicide attempt. She seemed to do well enough in the beginning although I later found out she wasn't allowed to fully discuss her issues because they can't talk openly about suicide in group and she didn't seem to be terribly engaged with her individual therapist. Towards the end of her two weeks she was really engaging in risky behavior. When I asked if she could continue in the program, I and was told a day before the two weeks would be up that they would look into it for me. The next day, however, I was basically told to go to the emergency room if things got bad, goodbye and good luck. They cheerfully discharged her that afternoon. I was also told Kenna would get me some information on other programs as a next step but I never heard from her again. Frankly, the whole experience was depressing and useless. If you are a parent with an at risk teen, I'd keep looking.

They are discharging him with prescriptions so should this be fine? Just don't want his meds to lapse
Yes. They have multiple wonderful therapists and a couple of doctors for prescribing medications. They offer both individual therapy sessions and group support. They accept most insurance including Medicaid/care and MassHealth. Good luck and hang in there! Sorrow is the hardest wound to heal, but it does heal.
Yes, you can always ask for a different therapist. Sometimes you have to try a couple before you find someone you're comfortable with.
