Yoga Ray is a great place to work out. The fitness classes are designed to make you get & feel stronger, more flexible & toned. That’s my experience anyway. Tammy is very educated in the fitness field. I’m very excited about the new cardio classes coming soon. Yoga is great for the body & soul. Wish I had more time to fit them in. Maybe soon. Thanks Tammy for all you do! All the ladies there are fun to work out with as well. Jackie

I have never felt better and I owe many thanks to Tammy and Yoga Ray Fitness. Tammy is a remarkable instructor. Her many years of practice, education, teaching enable her to demonstrate all levels of each and every asana (posture) while talking through it and keeping an eye on everyone. Tammy modifies postures for those with physical challenges while not making you feel inadequate. And she always emphasizes that it’s not a contest, do you. The studio is clean and all equipment is provided and cleaned between uses. Tammy offers a variety of classes to suit everyones needs from gentle Restorative Yin yoga (slow and meditative) to Guts and Butts(intense exercise). Check out the class descriptions on the website. And then the special classes such as Hot Yoga (turn up the temp), Sound Healing (awesome experience) and Beer and Wine Yoga (a social event including Tammy’s home made vegan delights along with beer wine and yoga). Over the years I’ve tried 4 different yoga studios/instructors and could not even give any one of them 2 stars. Either due to inadequate instructions leading to injury. Or just not feeling comfortable. Tammy and Yoga Ray Fitness get 5s across the board.

I love this yoga studio. She is amazing, providing a safe and comfortable environment no matter where you are in your practice. I love that she provides adjustments for someone newer to yoga. There are many props available from yoga mats, straps, bolsters, knee pads, blankets and even lavender scented eye masks for when you relax into shavasana. I felt so amazing that I forgot where I was and where I placed my stuff. Don’t forget to grab a beer, wine, or bottle of water before you head out. Now that’s what I call a full service yoga studio.
