As a contractor I am here all the time and I absolutely loveeee this property! Everyone from the cleaning staff, to maintenance to office staff are awesome.. the residents that I have encountered are very nice.. lobby, halls, elevator and laundry rooms are always super clean.. they always have activities and special events going on for the residents too (:

I am wheelchair bound and need an accessible apartment in Ann arbor. Is it possible to apply for a unit? I am not a senior citizen and live with my partner. If I can apply for a unit, I would like to learn more. Thank you

If you are disabled you can apply. This is subsidized housing and I highly recommend it.

How much is a 1 or 2 bedroom my daughter can only afford to pay $600

Cranbrook Towers is only for the disabled or seniors and it goes by your income. You would have to contact them directly.
