I wanted to write this review a week after moving in, but I figured I would have a more informed opinion after a few months. It's been 3 months now, and I like just about everything about this place. Sara from the office made the move in process very simple. Joel and Tony from maintenence say hello and ask me if I need anything when they see me around. Neighbors are friendly, the location is choice... very glad I moved here!

I have been here for a year and a half and have never wanted to move anywhere else. The friendly staff, convenient rent pay options, and on-site maintenance team speaks volumes. The plus side of living here is: The private entrance, quiet setting, ample parking, and enjoying your own porch and patio. Shopping and expressways are just a stones throw away. For me , there is no downside, only kudos for the new staff for caring about this place. It has the feeling of a quaint little neighborhood. What's not to like.

I can promise you that you will not be happy if you live here. I will update my review soon, but for now, all I can say is that. Absolutely, under no circumstances should you live here. Any positive reviews should be taken with a grain of salt because they are likely not legitimate. I PROMISE YOU.

The new landlord Tamara is really trying to get this apartment complex together......she's doing a good job.
