Over 20yrs ago I replaced the downstairs windows with Pace cause the previous owner replaced the upstairs. Have been 100% happy with them and they still look brand new! So when the upstairs windows needed to be replaced (that didn't even make it 10yrs before the gas leaked out between the glass panes) I knew to turn to pace since I was so happy with the other windows they did. And let me tell you I can't stop staring at them! They did an awesome job and very professional. You didn't even know anyone was upstairs working.Fabulous job and so happy with my new windows, I can finally see out of!

Start to finish, It was a great experience using Pace to replace the windows on our house. Our salesman, Andy was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable in not only their product but in the competitors offerings as well. He was not pushy at all, and let the product, warranty, and pricing options speak for themselves. Patrick and his fellow installer rebuilt our framing and installed our windows very methodically and efficiently, with expert skill. Top of the line product, leading real lifetime warranty, and knowledgeable employees make us very happy with our purchase. While they're not your cheapest option, they certainly are not the most expensive. But for everything you get, they are undoubtedly the best value in the long run. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm celebrating my 1 year anniversary having 4 pace windows in my house. It all started with my neighbor who did all the research. They got all their windows and a door replaced by pace. Pace can be more expensive but you get what you pay for. The most important value I needed was assurance that if something happened to the window I was taken care of by pace anytime of the day and any day of the week. That gave me peace of mind. I asked many types of questions of my salesperson Andy Gray who was wonderful.. I look for consistency, reliability, and answers to complaints. The reason pace wants all homeowners home at the time the salesperson comes is that pace wants to lesson issues. Therefore, 2 homeowners might separately have different expectations of the details of a window or door. It's best to strive for less issues at the time of install. Pace cares and this is 1 way they show it by wanting both homeowners to be involved. Pace windows were installed successfully and I instantly could tell the quality all around compared to my cheap low grade windows. I did have to get full screens because I have box elder bugs. The screens are nice and tight to seal out the very flat bugs from getting in. I look forward in switching out all my windows and doors through pace. They are my contractor any time of the day or day of the week. They provide an American made product and the company is local. Something we need more of these days. I am loyal to pace and thank you for your loyalty.

We contacted Pace to replace our front door, sidelights and install 2 glass block windows. They were very timely with installation and were very professional and polite. The quality of the products we purchased are phenomenal. They answered all of the questions and concerns we had and put us right at ease. Our house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier!
