They have a donation center just on the side of the building with usually staff bringing those items in it's at that point that if you are looking for the required paperwork for any tax breaks that you will have your you're waiting time at the store other than that smooth sailing

Hi Michael! When you donate, you are able to request a receipt. On the receipt, you can fill out the breakdown of what types of clothing you donated and then take the receipt with you. Does that answer your question?

I too donated at this Goodwill. I did not see the sign you speak of; what I saw was several huge boxes being filled with donations, several vehicles trying to wait their turn to make a donation and Goodwill attendants asking if you needed help or a receipt for your donation. Maybe this attendant came across as rude . . . maybe given this overwhelming amount of donations and work they were themselves overwhelmed. Please try again! Hopefully times will improve.

Good will doesn't do returns, they give a credit.

You can donate anything* to Goodwill...... Anything*!!!!!....... *Except, Firearms, mattresses, broken garbage, toxic chemicals..... And anything that's just gross. No soild anything.

There are usually drop off places. Not sure about where to drop off stuff for this Goodwill. Call store and ask.

no you don't need an appointment. I believe if you have items that need to be picked up at your house you would need to set something up otherwise you can take the items in don't forget your receipt for a tax write off
