All or most of these apartments say newly renovated and that's incorrect. We moved into that exact listing and we found screws all over the apartment in our carpet, our towel bar in the bathroom was not in any studs and just fell right off, our plug to our bathtub just popped/broke right off when using. We had to get our smoke detectors moved because they were not in the correct spot, our door doesn't close without the deadbolt, buzzer and guest unlock doesn't work. Mold grows on ceiling from the faulty windows and all they do is paint over it... Cabinets were sticky and old...management does not return calls and now this crack gets bigger and they just paint over it...

Owner is a real piece of work. He will change locks on your unit with your belongings inside. While allowing all the workers in an out of your unit going through your stuff
