Edit: my food finally arrived (45 minutes late), and a very nice manager called later in the afternoon to apologize for the delay. Sounds like they were absolutely swamped so I’d be happy to give them another shot. I really like the food here, but my latest attempt to order delivery was really disappointing. Per the order confirmation email, my food should have been delivered almost 40 minutes ago - I tried several times after that to call the restaurant to check the status of my order (because I know delays can happen), but the calls kept rolling over to a random voicemail and I couldn’t speak with a human. So now I’m stuck in lunch-less purgatory…
