Refuse to have Mia work on you. She talks too much and not in English, she could not paint on a French manicure, one of the other ladies had to do it, then they tried to up charge me from 40.00 to 45.00. The last time I went in was on a Sunday today is Mon. Mia wanted to know why I didn’t come back on a Sunday. What’s it matter what day I walk in, I won’t be going back a third time. Speak English your in the USA and try speaking to your customers not each other, IT’S RUDE

I went here this afternoon as a walk in and when I showed up the owner said I could sit down in a pedicure chair right away. I thought this meant that I would be attended to right away. It did not. I understand that when you're a walk in usually you have to wait, but she didn't tell me this at all. I sat in that chair for over 30 min waiting. My pedicure was less than 30 min....the lady that did my nails was rude, didn't ask me about any preferences (nail length), gave me a 20 second foot massage, was obviously irritated to do my nails (which is weird if that's your job), and did a sloppy job on my nails--there's parts of my nails not painted and instead polish on my skin....and I was charged 5% to use my credit card. I will not go back to this nail salon ever. The other technicians seemed nice, that's the only positive I can mention.

Went in for a pedicure but it was SO hot and stuffy in there I had to leave. I’m sure I would’ve passed out from heat stroke if I stayed. What’s with the no AC when it’s 90 degrees out??

Very poor service. Very expensive and my toes are terrible. Very pricy appointment late to start NOT ONLY THAT WHEN I PAY $40 FOR SOMETHING I EXPECT GOOD SERVICE I DIDN'T EVEN GET ANY LOTION RUB ON MY LEGS OR MY FEET NO MASSAGE THE CALLUSES ARE ALL ON MY FEET STILL SECOND TIME I'VE BEEN THERE AND I'LL NEVER GO BACK

Please go somewhere where they do. I know owner and all her employees are wearing masks. And if a customer might not wear one is up to his health risk. And she has all the protective coverings there that it does protect you from others.
Yes Nail Palace reopened. Best to call for appointment and mask required.
Yes they do all of that. It is mandatory.
