I had my nails done several times, and suddenly they had no time for me, because they got too busy.. If you are a regular customer it doesn’t matter. There’s no customer faithfulness. I tipped very well. $10.00

My daughter got a gift certificate for this place. We set her up an appointment only to have to wait because a regular forgot her appointment and came in at the same time so we waited for anoth nail tech to arrive. Then my daughter picked a single color acrylic nail, nothing special, price on the wall says $40 for a basic set, we were charged $45. Then the nail tech said not one word to my daughter, when she needed my daughter to move her hand she would just tap her a few times never talking to her. She had ear buds in and was watching something on her phone all while doing her nails.She didn't even speak to her when she hurt her. My 15 year daughter left there not wanting to go back. On top of all that the nails started to pop off about 1 week after getting them done. We are very disappointed with the service we got there.

They have been wonderful in the past but they appear to be terribly understaffed. They should not have an answering machine if they aren't going to return calls.
