My HOA switched over to Adance HOA this last year. We've had 4 Board Meetings and only two of them have had functioning/accurate meeting links provided. It almost feels like the don't want people to come to the meetings because they make it so difficult to hunt down a working link or find out when a meeting was rescheduled. I have to lookup the phone numbers for the board members and call them individually to see if a meeting was cancelled, rescheduled, or happening but on a secret link that was not made public because I call and email our representative but she doesn't answer/reply. The homeowners portal is not kept up-to-date with accurate information either so it really is a wild goose chase to be involved in my neighborhood's HOA.

Advance HOA is by far the worst HOA Management company in the business. Their service reps have attitude and never work to resolve issues.

This was emailed directly to Ryan on Monday, January 28th, 2019. In addition to all information below, the Association has agreed to hold off on Towing so Ryan can get Temporary Tags. From the Lake Chalet Owner’s Board of Directors, This tenant received all Governing Documents referencing the Parking Rules on March 20, 2018. This tenant was also informed in March, 2018 that any further Communication must go through the Owner of the Unit (which he is not honoring). In March 2018 this tenant was upset that the Board of Directors would not attempt to work with the Denver Police Department in relation to parking on a public street. The Board of Directors hires the Parking Monitoring Company and that Company is following the Association’s Governing Documents. Residents of the Association have indicated to the Towing Company that this tenant frequently has un-registered vehicles in the lot; they are purchased damaged and the tenant repairs them and sells them.
