they have been closed due to “staffing issues” and have zero info on when they’ll reopen. Have been going every day for a week with no luck. they have been holding all of my mail for a month for no reason. not sure why they can’t just deliver it, but would LOVE to know when i can actually go and pickup mail..

The worst ever. Never answer phone and can't deliver mail. I think they steal what they want and deliver what they feel like. Privatize this Joke called USPS and quit wasting tax payers dollars. Rudeness and incompetency is all they offer.

No. In fact when you ask where the drop off box is at they (she) will usually reply w a " I ain't got no mail drop just this male drawp box" & then it costs way more than it's even worth. Your best bet would be a drive up location.
