I have shipped literally 100s of packages from this branch for three years. The team does a wonderful job.

They lost a package that I mailed out nearly 2 weeks ago, and were not helpful in trying to find it either. I guess I'm now out of money and the item that I mailed out. It's worth driving to another post office if you need to drop things off.

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. They really try to keep the line moving and I’ve found it much less busy than other USPS locations.

They dont even try to deliver mail! They will say over and over that they find find the address. (Address is unknown). A single google search will show you where you’re at. I shouldnt have to pay $1 for someones lazy attempt at a delivery. I just moved to the address and for 6 weeks i have not got a single piece of mail, and EXTREME lack of effort to deliver my packages. Yes my address is KNOWN. FedEx and UPS knows it. I have called every day for a week and sent several emails, and I cant reach anyone.

No you need to go to usps and set an appointment for the nearest location. And get a list of things you will need to get it done in a timely manner
No
you might be able to stick it in the drop off boxes they have if the package ain't to big
Call the station, ask for a supervisor, they can see if the parcel was accidentally misdelivered.
The Sunnyside post office no longer processes passports or renewals.
