We found the Japanese Car Connection staff very helpful when looking for a AWD/4WD car that can handle Colorado winters and mountains. They were very open about the issues that they had corrected on the 2015 Subaru Forester that we got. They even showed us the vehicle up on the lift, so that we could see the underside! The owner and the mechanics know each car on their lot, and have a lot of experience with Subarus, Toyotas, and Hondas. Overall, it was refreshing to have a dealership that was open and honest, while also providing a fair price. We've already recommended this place to our friends!

Very easy to work with. Quick, efficient process. Plenty of great cars to choose from (mostly Subarus). Loved that they aren’t “sales” people. I came knowing what I wanted, drove the cars that interested me, they didn’t pester or hang around - just let me do my thing. When it came time to purchasing - simple and fast!
