It is an open and affirming church. They will always state this publicly as their ethos. Communion each Sunday. They preach every scripture from a loving place rather than what most of us grew up with "judgment." Mostly white people that probably consider themselves to be liberal or moderate. They will have their "blindspots" but their sincerity allows for a fairly comfortable experience. They just created a type of "wailing wall" inside the church to leave a note and let whatever it is go!🙏🏾 Housed in an old church building from 1800.

Our experience in worship on the Sunday we visited for the first time was particularly positive. We were greeted and welcomed in a warm and friendly manner, and helped to find our way around. We met several friendly and gracious regular attendees who made us feel glad to be there. The music was good, the preaching was spot on, and the atmosphere was worshipful, welcoming, and extremely affirming. There was a very diverse crowd present, with lots of families and children, old and young worshipers, multicultural representation, and a robust LGBTQ population. It was a really terrific and heartwarming worship experience that I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I am only able to follow this faith community online. (U.S.A. too far away). Nevertheless, a big compliment! It seems to be an absolutely serious (imprint, etc. seems to be totally OK), down-to-earth, and universally thinking Christian community! Since it deals openly and scientifically with the facts about gay imprinting and integrates LGBTI people, it seems to me to be a Christian church that thinks universally, is open to science and yet rooted in faith. Big like <3 <3 <3
