I really like the area because it is close to the Elizabeth Park and Grosse Ile island and Kroger and Starbucks. We are going to move into a brand new trailer/ manufactured home on the North side my mom is 55+ she and I are living together downsizing will help us to budget there.

If they have an empty lot available. Many of the homes are semi-permanent due to modifications made over the years so often they aren't moved.
It is a Mobile home park that promotes the community house however, you have to RENT the community hall. no activities. cards, darts? sorry you will have to rent the hall to play cards and other activities. they promote the community hall however, be prepared to pay to play cards and other activities. I have been researching mobile home parks and have NEVER found a community hall that has to be rented to play cards. do not be fooled the community house must be rented for residents.
I believe Parkview Estate North does. PES does not as I found out before I moved here. Call the office to make sure.
