I moved out of there, 3 months ago. The water bill is ridiculously too high for those homes. And don't ever be late with lot rent, the fees are alot. I was laid off of work and got behind. Things happen in life. But the fo kerp it clean around there. And the homes are nice. But make sure you check around sky lites for leaks. Because i was told the didn't leak, the first rain they leaked. Have a inspector look it over. It would be a good idea too dp that. You cant believe everything you here.
But seeing as they are all about the money, there was no way they were gonna do right by the residents, that would cause them to loose money and be responsible for their own debt!!
Right not in either of the parks by the time they tack on the water bill that half if isn't even yours, the pet fees, the lot rent which they jack up every year and the high rent you are lucky if you can find anything less than a thousand
I've seen people there with all types of dogs. I don't think they take only a certain type. But I do know you have to pay a security deposit to have pets
