Why do you have to pay a water bill that that was occurred before you even started living here there's nothing in a contract that states you have to water prices are at least 70 to $100 especially when never hardly home two people living in house

But seeing as they are all about the money, there was no way they were gonna do right by the residents, that would cause them to loose money and be responsible for their own debt!!

MAYBE the answer was to have Meadow Creek take it off of the price of the lot rent to pay the water that so it didn't end up affecting the residents in the community
