My husband will be 65 this year and I will be age 51. Married almost 10 years, we are looking for an older community, as opposed to the youth we are confronted with where we reside now. Is there any options for a couple like us in your community?

It is a Mobile home park that promotes the community house however, you have to RENT the community hall. no activities. cards, darts? sorry you will have to rent the hall to play cards and other activities. they promote the community hall however, be prepared to pay to play cards and other activities. I have been researching mobile home parks and have NEVER found a community hall that has to be rented to play cards. do not be fooled the community house must be rented for residents.

I would say but you must be 55 and older. But I'm sure they would take you both .
