I needed to recycle ♻️ a bunch of cardboard. It was straight forward, put it on the table and that's it. The workers helped me carry it from my car, which I greatly appreciated. They recycle metal, glass, paper...
Susan Hillring

Dear Casey, Thank you for asking these questions. Manufacturers print a number on plastic containers indicating the type of resin that the container is made from. The recycling symbol is printed on the item by the manufacturer, even though it may not be recyclable. Plastics manufacturers can allow only a small amount of clamshell plastic due to its different melting point. Larger amounts of clamshell plastic make the newly manufactured plastic containers weak and unacceptable. Accepting only the types of plastics which can truly be recycled into new containers helps keep recycling sustainable. Please give us a call at (303) 987-7190 if you'd like to discuss further. Thank you for recycling! The Quail St Recycling Center Team.

Don’t know for certain, recommend calling. Personally I’d take it to the Arvada recycling center, again call first. Don’t know for a metal tank if you would have to pay, or if they would pay you. I’m guessing they would pay you which is why I’d go there. Pretty sure wherever you end up taking it, the tank would need to be empty. Sparks & oxygen are dangerous combination...
Not sure about batteries. They were collecting christmas tree lights but I think they had specific dates fir collection.
You know I always go there also, but I don't know about CD's you would have to ask, they are plastic so you might be able to throw them in plastic. Since sometimes you don't see the working it.
No.
Regular cardboard box yeah, they take that no charge. Corrugated is separate from paper cardboard. Like cereal boxes are more of a paper where pizza boxes are corrugated. NO CHARGE.
They have a bin for any type of scrap metal. I'm sure metal gutters are fine.
They have a scrap metal bin
Maybe the wheel barrow and you could put it in the scrap metal. I doubt the satellite dish
Try the FCI prison in Littleton (Quincy & kipling). They take flatscreen TVs for free. Have to schedule dropoff.
This site is only for paper, plastic, glass, aluminium cans, and corrugated cardboard. I haven't seen anything there for electronics. You could try Best Buy, however
There are many scrap metal yards which pay for scrap metal. The Lakewood Recycling Center is a free collection center for traditional recyclables by appointment only. Please see www.lakewood.org/recycling and select the Quail St Recycling Center to see what we accept and how to make an appointment. Thank you. Lakewood Recycling Center Team.
I din't think so. It's strictly for paper, glass, cardboard, plastic and aluminum cans (food and drink)
Doubt it
Yes, you can click on their website for an entire listing.
No I don't think they take trees.
No. Visit the website for information on where to recycle electronics: http://www.lakewood.org/Public_Works/Environmental_Services/Recycling.aspx

Once recyclables are placed in City of Lakewood recycling containers, they become City property so that any rebate from the items help pay for hauling. If you need cardboard boxes, you are welcome to stand next to the cardboard table and ask customers for their boxes before they are loaded into the cardboard compactor by the site attendant. Thank you for reusing instead of buying new cardboard boxes!
