Though I at first received a runaround regarding my concerns about my paying for 2-3 day delivery and not receiving the item until 10 days later, eventually the manager did apologize and refunded my extra shipping expenses.

Vicky and her team are awesome. We placed the order for a bunch of bulbs that were in the middle of being discontinued. She was extremely helpful in finding replacements to meet our needs. I recently purchased (2) Battery operated LED light strips from you. When I installed them they worked perfectly. But after one week now they will not even turn on or do anything! I did get the strips to go into flashing demo mode once.
