My discharge information from Lutheran ER suggested I go to this facility as a follow-up after a bike wreak and head injury. I wrongly assumed they were experts that type of injury and followed up. Load music was playing in the waiting room, which was painful suffering a concussion. I asked for it to be lowered-a slight adjustment was made. After 30 minutes and in pain, I asked if they could change from Rap/EDM. The receptionist wouldn't. I have to contest being doubled billed $318 for a 7 minutes with consult from a doctor. I got billed twice for one visit and to reconcile the billing I needed to stop by the office for the accountant explain, ridiculous. Never will I return.

This is the most professional and cleanest doctor's office I have ever seen. I hurt my leg and needed a referral from them to see an orthopedic office. The staff was patient with me on crutches, I could get on the home scale with one leg. I cannot bear any weight on my other, at all, it's broken. I assumed a doctor's office would know that, and they did. I have the same scale and blood pressure machine at home, which is okay because they all work the same. I may return in the future.
