My Pulmonologist sent a prescription for a portable Oxygen concentrator. They would NOT submit to my insurance company who told me they would absolutely pay for it. This company wants somebody with severe arthritis/lung cancer to haul around a tank. Disgusting company. Give me what my Dr and Insurance Company want me to have.. I now went out of network to get what I need. Go elsewhere if you can.. run, don't walk from this company.

This company barely deserves 1 star. They do not provide vital oxygen equipment ordered by doctors in a timely manner. They give the run-around, excuses & blame shortages. They play dumb about doctor orders & blame insurance approval. My mom has been waiting almost a year for needed oxygen equipment. This is completely unacceptable!

Terrible service. They were supposed to pick up my Dad's concentrator a couple of months ago and they still haven't... But the bill is very punctual every month 🤬

Called to get some hoses for my husbands oxygen & have them pick up some tanks. I set up to have them stop by before 1:00 since I took time off work. I called at 12:30 to see if they were on the way & was told delivery was set up this afternoon before 5:00. So angry since this has happened several times before. I don't know why I'm surprised!!!

My spouse and I , we went over , after that , he got sick over the weekend , he has copd , he spend 3 weeks trying to call , and no one answered his calls , people don't want to work ,, why????? We know ,,,,,,,,,covid ,.
