The Quail Street Recycling Center does not recycle bubble wrap. This item can be recycled with plastic bags at locations found at https://www.lakewood.org/Public-Works/Recycling, select Quail St Recycling Center and then the "Not Accepted Items and Suggested Other Locations" list.
