Thanks, Mr. Harris, for answering another recycler's question! Yes, we accept cardboard for free, and any rebates for recyclables help to pay for hauling the recyclables and maintaining the center.
No they do not, but they accept it free of charge. They then sell that and other materials collected to pay for/maintain the facility and keep it free and open for the community.
