Very helpful staff but sometimes one must wait a while if there’s only 1 or sometimes 2 people working. Showing up right at opening time can mean a longer wait. Jorge was great! Very helpful and patient! 💯🥰

Andrew was outstanding. He was working by himself so there was a bit of a wait and I saw how he helped several other customers. He was unwaveringly patient and calm. He made sure that each person felt that their problem was solved. He is a model for how customer service should be conducted.

I saw none. We were the only people in the store but he wore a neck gaiter, about 8% of the time.

You could probably trade it in to help with the cost of an upgrade phone though.

I bought my Apple 6 from your store and want to get the $29 battery replacement offer taken care of. I tried calling but got forwarded to Minneapolis? Are you aware of the Apple offer I am referring to and do you provide this service? Thx!
