RENEW OF PREVIOUS REVIEW NOW HAVING THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH ATT BECAUSE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION LIED AND HAVE DONE NOTHING THE Rectify the problems they have caused for us. It has turned into a total nightmare we are being billed for a wireless line that does not exist and for a free trial of direct streaming as well as what appears to be not receiving our 800 trade in value for our note 20 that was traded in. I will reevaluate this review if things change. But im so disappointed experience from the moment I walked through the door answered all of my questions and even hooked me up with a discount I recommend that you go to this store great folks.

No they do not provide loaner phones. If you do insurance the company sends you the phone before you send your phone off
