warning! Warning! Warning! I don't hardly ever leave reviews, but feel the need to leave one for this place. This may be a cheap rental, but you pay for it in other ways. They try to gouge you on damages, claiming that you have done damage to the vehicle and have to pay extra. Cheapest isn't always best. I would not recommend this place again. The only reason that we didn't have to pay extra is we took a video of the jet skis before we left, to show that we didn't do any damage. Do not use.

This place blows! Be prepared to pay more than your rental fee for minimal wear and tear. Every sticker on a boat/jet ski represents other customers who have been ripped off. Had bad experiences with other rental places in the Ozarks in the past and would gladly return to any of them before returning to Surdyke's. They don't care. 'It happens.' Puketown

BEWARE!!!! Good service and easy pick up/drop off but . . . .they do not provide full disclosure on early return of rentals. Reserved a pontoon for 5 days for my family. Returned it in 4 days. Called two different times to ask if there was any problem in returning the rental early. Was told on both occasions: "no problem at all". Requested a one day refund for the early return. The desk staff was about to provide a refund but Jeff, the manager, denied the request saying I had to pay for the full reservation because they turned down business due to pontoon inventory being sold out. I then asked to forget about my early return and I'd use it for the next day. Jeff, the manager, then told me I already turned the boat in and they could no longer keep my last day reservation and still would not issue me a refund. I said I'd come back tomorrow and use my last day (which I already paid for). Was told by Jeff (the manager) he couldn't tell me if the boat would be rented for the next day . .even though is was a Saturday on Lake Osage in their business time of the year. So, . . Surdyke's Port 20 Marina and Boat Rental not only charged my for 5 days rental (even though I only used 4 days) and then re-rented the pontoon had reserved for additional money with no refund to me. Surdyke's had every opportunity to tell me their policy when I called in on two separate occasions but did not. Instead they told me no problem and kept my money even though they re-rented the same pontoon the next day. They either have an uninformed staff on their policies or they intentionally did not disclose this information to me. Jeff (the manage) could have easily approved the one day refund but did not. Bad customer service decision and greedy. Losing over $600 on a family vacation isn't the best memory; especially when Surdyke's "double dipped" me and made twice the amount of money on the same rental. BEWARE . . .BEWARE . . .BEWARE!!!!
