I am a local Buisness owner and spend thousands here . The staff is completely incompetent and very disrespectful. Aside from them price gouging this was completely out of align how my wife was treated and I recommend to never shop here . Also seems to be racially unfriendly

Staff members are rude, unfriendly, and impatient. Young staffers think that its okay to make rude remarks about customers as soon as they're out of earshot. Yesterday, my significant other entered the store before I did as we were dropping off cans in the back, only to be greeted by the staff who took the cans talking about me and the way that I look. We dropped off cans from two separate cars so they must've thought we didn't know each other, so they took it upon themselves to talk about my appearance to/in front of my boyfriend. It is COMPLETELY wrong and DISGUSTING for your staff to talk about one customer to another in that matter, even more so when the customers happen to be TOGETHER. I went back today, while there was basically no one there, in hopes of giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were having an off day yesterday as it was busy. But all 3 staff members that I spoke with today were short, rude, and were to busy conversating amongst themselves to even ring me up, they just sent me to a difference line, to another cashier who didn't seem like even a fiber of their being wanted to be there. I would imagine being one of the last Erickson's Thriftway's in existence, you'd do better.
