I recently stopped in with a question regarding my iPhone. I was greeted by a very friendly man named Shane who addressed my concern and asked a woman named Christina to assist me. She was so professional and kind, listened to my issue with interest then walked me through the solution. She was so patient and I truly appreciate her attentiveness to what ended up being a very easy fix (I’m not tech savvy). During my time with her, a woman who appeared to be the manager named Lezlee came to check on me and offered any assistance that I or the associate may need. I felt extremely valued while inside this location, and even though I wasn’t there to make a purchase, all three of your employees made me feel welcome. Please let them know how much I truly appreciate their kindness, assistance, and patience in learning how to work my phone. Thank you!

This place is definitely busy! But once you get a turn they do work hard to resolve any issues. It is better than calling the 1 800 # by the time they keep sending you to the wrong person and on hold forever, you could just go into the store! Ask for Demetrius!

Clayton went above and beyond helping me get a phone after mine crapped out while being on call. I was surprised he had been working there only a few months - very helpful & knowledgeable. Everyone working in there was busting it & seemed well trained. I know businesses being understaffed is a recurring theme this day and age, but hope AT&T is taking care of these guys + looking for more trained employees to help share the work load - because they’re working hard!
