My package was lost two days ago. I filed a claim and today Dana called saying she found it! She was very kind, professional and helpful during this time. Thanks again, Dana!

My dad was a retired postman years ago, the post office in Joplin is getting worse day by day, we never have a regular mailman, and I get everybody else's mail in my neighborhood, and my neighbor next door gets my mail, and I get out and deliver my neighbors mail, but I don't get paid. The Joplin post office needs to get there act together, my dad is so disgusted how our mail is being delivered

Good spot to put a post office. Too bad they don't have simple forms like change of address. Oh wait, they do if you can read Spanish. Be able to cover the basics. No wonder the postal service is in debt maybe it should be privatized. One lady working at 1100 on Sept 10th was talking bad about previous customers after they left. Pathetic use of tax payer funds. Get it together.

Go physically in and ask for Post Master....had same issue....it worked...
Currently a book of stamps is $11.00 And money orders depend on how much they're for, normally not more than $2.00
When you dona change of address online at usps.com they give you the option to sign up for something called informed delivery. It sends you an email everyday of your mail with scanned images.
Yes
Ok Joplin we talk to a human....no machine
Starts at 25.50 and increases
No
Never!
It would depend on whether the mailbox is at the street or by your front door.
PO box lobby is open 24/7/365
That's incorrect. The job of the postal service is to deliver and collect outbound mail. For rural carriers this mandate can be found in the Postal P0603 Handbook on page 4 section 132.8.
Yes we have po boxes. Smallest 1 is 59 dollars for 6 months. You need id... voters regristration... or lease... or car insurance with your name and address on it. And a piece of mail that has came to you in the last 30 days. If you are at a shelter we need shelter registration
Photos can be taken at the post office. Yes, you need an appointment.
Good luck I had to make a complaint
