Did you do it in pro per or with an attorney? And how long has it been it takes a few months. Attornwya can bury it deeper than doing it yourself.
Which court? If not in big courthouse go to the counter at the McCree bldg. They should be able to help
How do you find out what happen in court for the person that was in jail. My son when to court Monday, but I don't know what happened in court. If he was Sentenced to prison or what happened. Can someone help me.
U should have a legal team look into that or a legal advisor should've been in place.
Go to the court's website and search for your name. Make sure you enter it the same way the example text is entered, otherwise you will not get a result. To find the court's website, just search 67th district court. Then use the website's menu to open the records. They are divided between cases before 2014 and everything after 2014. You can do the same type of search at the 7th circuit court (just in case). The only cases not listed at 7th circuit's website are PPO's.
If all else fails, file a complaint for superintending control at the higher court. You can do so without paying fees, if qualified - just complete the form. File that at the next highest court and request the court compel removal of the tickets. The other alternative would be the court of claims, but they would be able to grant to grant the same relief, so start local and they keep going until your record is cleared.
Yes
As soon as you get through the guards, there is a room to your right with windows like a bank teller...that is where you can find out fines as well as pay any fines, fees and retribution. & Remember don't take your phone.
Crooks...in what way? I'm confused. Please clarify.
You can call the Court and ask if they've assigned a number
I think right way
Its on YouTube under the courts name and judge name.
Yes
CALL the court house and the Genesee County jail
It's better to go there.
Go to McCree building downtown and talk to the girls at the window. Or call?
You would have to call the court..and I don't know if they will tell you since your not the person that the case is for..all you can do is try..
I don't think so. U just have to go there
Google 67th district court lookup......
Yes
Contact the Court clerk for the correct email address and once received send it thru your Gmail. Or try to have legal aid retrieve the email information for you.
Contact the Court clerk and ask for a fax number. Go to Kinkos or FedEx and fax it directly to the court.
Go to the McCree district and walk inside the doors as the security guard for instructions on Virtual Court and they will give you a card with directions on how to connect
My husband just had court a few days ago and it was still over Zoom. When you go to the courthouse they give you a piece of paper with all the info and ask you to log onto their website. It's amusing because they want you to pay fines on the website but the website is still under construction.
Pretty sure court is happening normally now. They just have the seating arranged for social distancing and capacities
Closed until April 6th.
🤔Go to the Mexican restaurant across the street 🤷🏿♂️and they'll hold it for you for free💯👑✊🏿 "Trust Me" I know Personally👀 Baby Girl 👉🏿Don' leave your phone in your car😁
Call the jail.
Call them. You need to find out total including penities and they will walk you through it. Of course you could have a lawyer rep you and do it.
Or.... Option B.... Create a new identity!
Call the Genesee county courthouse number. You can give your inmates name and specifics and the recording will give you any upcoming court dates. You can call daily if necessary.
No lockers. Nothing.
Definetely call clerks office. Go from there. If tbey are open tbey expect you to be tbere.
There are a few handicap spots on the street directly in front of the building. Unfortunately there is no parking lot anymore.
The last persons advice is good. Note you have to go to the station in juridiction. Also call you insurance agent next. They will want the report.
I would call the court to get the right info',and make a note of who you spoke to on the phone too
Depends on where you caught the ticket. If it was in the city of flint go to the Mcree downtown on Saginaw st
No.
