It's a co-op that also hosts guest artists in the gallery's front area. The website has an exhibit proposal page with instructions on how to apply for a guest artist show.
To my knowledge, the gallery is a co-op, so you should walk in and inquire at the desk, or call - one of the artists seems to always be on hand.
